Kent Moore, 56, of Meadowlakes, Texas passed away January 25, 2021. He was born to Dewayne William and Almarene (Smith) Moore on August 3, 1964 in Brownwood, Texas.

Kent is a Burnet High School Graduate, Class of 1982. He spent over thirtyfive years helping hundreds of people as a life and health insurance agent.

Many lives were impacted by Kent during those years by allowing children to go to college, widows and widowers paying mortgage payments, final expenses, and numerous other expenses simply because Kent took the time to stress the importance of purchasing life insurance.

Many lives were saved and prolonged by the health insurance coverage Kent sold to his customers. His ability to prepare people for tough future times was a true act of love.

In his free time, Kent loved to snorkel, scuba dive, and cook, as well as travel. His travels included recreational trips, but his most cherished trips were the trips to the mission field. Kent loved our Lord, and his servant heart gleamed by leading people from many different places to Jesus Christ.

It was during one mission trip to Thailand, when Kent and Terri fell in love and vowed to spend the rest of their lives together. Kent and Terri were married on October 11, 2008.

Kent is survived by his wife of 12 years, Terri; stepdaughters, Jessica Quintero, Amber Cepeda and husband Clint, and Caitlin Schnorrenberg; grandchildren, Ethan Muehlstein, Emery Cepeda, Ella Cepeda, Isabella Quintero, Luna Pangelinan; sister, Karen Naumann, Larry Naumann; and brother Kirk Moore and his wife Cindy.
