Lady Dawgs cruise through LRA Tournament, 5-0

When the varsity Lady Dawg basketball team began play last week, they had a 2-4 overall record after facing some pretty talented teams to open the season. The girls quickly flipped the script with six-straight wins between Monday and Saturday, including a home victory over Hutto followed by a tournament sweep at Little River Academy.

Fall golf season ends at Legends

Early last week the fall golf rounds came to an end with the Dawgs competing at the Llano Invitational hosted by Legends Golf Course in Kingsland. The Bulldog entered one team in the tournament and placed sixth out of 18 teams. Ingram won the event with a team 302, followed by Marble Falls, second, 317; Brownwood, third, 320; Wimberley, fourth, 325; Liberty Hill, fifth, 330; and Burnet rounding out the top six with a 331.
