The BHS swim team returned to competition on Saturday by hosting their annual Tex Robertson Invitational in Burnet. The huge meet welcomed 19 schools to Burnet and brought plenty of good competition for the Green Wave to compete against in their final non-district event.
The program also honored their six seniors which included Hayden Brown, Elyzabeth Musiak, Aidan Zollitsch, Mason Hughes, Hayden Hamner, and Isabel Lunsford.
Combined team scores had the Dawgs finishing in seventh place with 298 points. Round Rock Mc-Neil took first, followed by Lasa Swim in second and Greenhill in third.
The Lady Dawgs finished sixth overall as a team and the Bulldogs placed seventh.

The Green Wave will host the 4A and Under District Diving Championships this Friday, Jan. 13 in Burnet at the Highland Lakes YMCA. They will also host the 4A and Under District Swim Meet on Friday, Jan. 20 at the Highland Lakes YMCA. Both events are slated to start at 10:00 a.m.
