A man has died and the suspect alleged to have been his attacker now faces a first degree felony murder charge, according to Burnet police.
Daniel Keith Smith Sr., 57, of Burnet is accused of stabbing 55-year-old John Hawkins multiple times around 9 a.m. on Sunday May 8 at a restaurant in the 600 block of Buchanan Drive.
