Festival boosted by vendors, sponsors and art-loving visitors

There may have been wind and rain, but it was no match for the Bertram Art, Herb & Wine Festival. Running both Saturday and Sunday this past weekend, the weather was not cooperative but that didn’t stop the festivities.Vendors sat up along Vaughan and Grange Streets, live music played on the stage, seminars took place throughout the weekend, and the cornhole tournament took place on Saturday…
