Many just-curious and scientifically-astute folks of all ages trekked through Burnet for the “Annular Eclipse Party” hosted by the Herman Brown Free Library last Saturday morning. Early autumn weather conditions were perfect for the outdoor fun Oct. 14 at the library, located at 100 E. Washington St., across from the north side of the Burnet County Courthouse.
