Patricia Gatliff Seidensticker, age 78 passed away peacefully August 13, 2023. Pat was born on January 2, 1945 in Blanco Texas to Hazel and Mike Gatliff. She spent her early years in Burnet graduating from Burnet High School in 1963. She married Paul Seidensticker in August of 1963 and they eventually settled in Jasper Texas where they would live for the next 27 years. After retirement they returned to the Hill Country to live on the family ranch, spending time playing golf, tennis, hunting, fishing, traveling and spending time with their children and grandchildren.

Pat was known by all as a caring and selfless person. Her fun-loving attitude and “never met a stranger” spirit always put people at ease and made her a joy to be around. Although she will be dearly missed, her family wishes that she be remembered for the love she radiated, and not for the sadness of her passing.

Pat is survived by her son, Chris Seidensticker and wife Judy of Burnet, her daughter Cheryl Williams and husband David of Georgetown. She is also survived by granddaughters Jessie Sitka (James), Emma Aguirre (Andrew), Rachel Williams, grandson Reece Williams, great grandsons Callen Sitka and Carter Sitka and special friend Marvin Parker.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 49 years Paul Seidensticker, and parents Hazel and Mike Gatliff.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 17th from 5pm -7pm.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00am on Friday, August 18th at Clements Wilcox Funeral Home. A reception will follow after the service. A private burial service will be held at Post Mountain Cemetery for immediate family after the reception.
