Burnet City Council recently approved a plan to repave several streets over more than 36,000 square yards within city limits.
During the May 23 meeting, the council approved the low-bid proposal by Bennet Paving to repave League Court, Harvey, League, Lewis, Main, McNeil, Pierce, Tate and West, Wood and other streets at more than $540,000.
