Burnet City Council has decided to move forward with plans to reconstruct Delaware Springs Boulevard near the cityowned golf course.
“We need it,” Council Member Philip Thurman said during the June 13 meeting. “It is a mess out there. The longer we delay, the more it will cost.”
City Engineer Eric Belaj told council members the total reconstruction cost could amount to about $577,000.
