Chuck Wagon event Jan. 28

The Highland Lakes Service League is ready for the Chuck Wagon Chow Down Dinner and Auction fundraising event this Saturday. This year’s event will be held on Jan. 28, at 5:30 p.m. at the YMCA in Burnet.

The event features a BBQ dinner catered by Pok-e-Jo and both live and silent auctions. Proceeds go to fund scholarships for women and to provide grant funding to local nonprofit organizations in Burnet and Llano Counties.

Tickets can be found at bidpal.net/cwcd23. Individual tickets are $75, tables for 8 are $800, and tables for 10 are $1,000.
