Commissioners approve judge back pay, deny legal fees

As the final month of Fiscal Year 2023 continued, Burnet County Judge James Oakley rejoined the court in the county courthouse during the Sept. 12 meeting. The judge convened with Precinct 1 Commissioner Jim Luther Jr., Precinct 2 Commissioner Damon Beierle and Precinct 4 Commissioner Joe Don Dockery.
