During the BCISD school board meeting May 19 held at the main office, students were recognized for academic, state and national achievements. A ribbon cutting was held at the new Bertram Community Cupboard this past Tuesday. Board members, volunteers and Bertram citizens, and Bertram Chamber members gathered to celebrate this new non-profit that will focus on serving the underprivileged in the community.
